1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using WhatsSuite, WhatsDesk, and WhatsExtract ("the Software"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Independence from WhatsApp & Meta

WhatsSuite is an independent software tool and is NOT affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with WhatsApp Inc., Meta Platforms, Inc., or any of its subsidiaries or its affiliates.

The names WhatsApp, Meta, as well as related names, marks, emblems and images are registered trademarks of their respective owners.

3. Account Bans and Liability (Disclaimer of Warranty)

The Software provides automation and extraction capabilities that interact with the WhatsApp Web interface. You acknowledge that using automation tools, sending bulk messages, or extracting data may violate WhatsApp's Terms of Service.

We are not responsible for any bans, blocks, suspensions, or restrictions applied to your WhatsApp account(s) or phone numbers by Meta Platforms, Inc. You use this Software entirely at your own risk. We do not guarantee that your account will remain safe from moderation actions by WhatsApp.

Under no circumstances shall WhatsSuite, its developers, or its company be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Software, including but not limited to the loss of your WhatsApp account, business data, or potential revenue.

4. Licensing and Refunds

Licenses are granted on a subscription basis. Due to the nature of digital goods and the external risks associated with WhatsApp account bans, all sales are final and non-refundable. If your WhatsApp account is banned, we cannot issue a refund for your software license.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Software for spamming, harassment, distributing malware, illegal activities, or sending unsolicited communications to individuals who have not consented to receive messages from you.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We do so by posting and drawing attention to the updated terms on the Site. Your decision to continue to visit and make use of the Site and Software after such changes have been made constitutes your formal acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
