WhatsDesk and WhatsExtract operate entirely on your local machine. All WhatsApp automation, message scheduling, contact extraction, and session data occur locally within your device. Your data never leaves your computer unless you explicitly export it yourself.

We only collect the absolute minimum data required to provide our licensing services:

  • Identity Data: Email address provided during checkout.
  • Transaction Data: Details about payments (processed securely by Razorpay) and the licenses you have purchased.
  • Technical Data: License verification requests sent from the software to our servers (contains your license key and an anonymized machine/installation identifier to prevent license abuse).

As stated in our Terms of Service, our software interacts with WhatsApp Web. Your interactions with WhatsApp are governed by Meta Platforms, Inc.'s Privacy Policy.
